HOTEL JANTAR ĆWIGOŃ I WSPÓLNICY Spółka jawna is implementing a project entitled “Expansion of Hotel Jantar’s operations in the Pomeranian Region 1” (no. KPOD.01.03-IW.01-7931/24) under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan Programme, Priority: Resilience and competitiveness of the economy – grant part, Action A1.2.1. Investments for enterprises in products, services, and the competencies of employees and management related to business diversification.
The project includes:
- purchase and installation of freezing and cooling equipment, preparation units for semi-finished and finished products, cooking equipment, and dishwashing/drying kitchen equipment,
- implementation of central ventilation system control for the kitchen facilities, along with the expansion of this system and staff training,
- implementation of an IT system for gastronomic and hotel management, along with staff training and the purchase of computer hardware.
The objective of the project is to expand our offer with a new service concerning the preparation and delivery of meals to external clients (catering), particularly for large groups (up to 400 people) – participants in various special events.
This new service is directed at all clients:
- participants (groups) attending events of diverse character (including weddings, first communions, jubilees, business events, sporting events, conferences, and others),
- children and youth – meal delivery to educational facilities (kindergartens and schools),
- individual clients ordering meal deliveries, particularly on a periodic subscription basis (e.g., “boxed diets”).
The outcome of the project will be the diversification of our business, modernization of infrastructure, and improved competitiveness of the Hotel, increasing resilience against potential crises.
